Conditions of sale

Goods purchased as a gift may be exchanged strictly within 14 days after the date of the relevant receipt. These exchanges will be made for goods with a valid receipt, which must be produced.
Goods returned must be unworn, and in perfect condition with all tickets and labels intact, free from smoke, perfume & fur and in a saleable condition.
We do not exchange goods returned for reasons such as fit, colour or suitability once they have left the premises. Our fitting room is provided for the purpose of avoiding such an eventuality.
Damaged or faulty garments — manufacturer’s faults only — are exchanged at the Manager’s discretion.
Due to the intimate personal nature of this merchandise, it is imperative that exchanged goods have not been worn. Clients must "try on" garments over their own briefs. We do not exchange briefs, shorts or thongs.
We do not refund or exchange sale or discounted goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
